My dealings was with Randy. I had developed a leak from my header gaskets and exhaust, both which were stock and in need of replacing in my 01 325i Wagon. I emailed the shop asking questions and Randy replied and answered my questions. I upgraded them to a catless race header and full race exhaust. I had previous upgrades in which Randy asked about. He was very responsive with all my questions. I received the data cable for my car and received the first tune. Unfortunately, the first tune he emailed wouldn't load, and I let him know. I immediately had a response and the correct tune. My car drives absolutely fantastic after loading his tune. I will definitely be using their service again whenever I can afford more upgrades to the motor for another tune.Teekay C2023-09-17I bought an ECU and DCT tune for my E92 M3 with headers and x pipe and the car now feels like its on steroids. Randy walked me through every step of the process and made a flash specifically for my car! Gone is the lower RPM bog which is a common issue with the forward x pipes and gone is the weird clunky shifting from the stock DCT tune, everything's much smoother, and once you hit WOT it's a completely different beast. Hands down the best company for BMW tuning.Daryl Sampson2023-08-28I recently installed a 3-stage manifold on my E91. Epic Motorsports sent me a tune to optimize the additional airflow. The tune combined with the intake manifold is so much better than without it. The manifold made a noticeable difference, but it wasn't smooth without the specific tune for the 330. The tune addressed both, and the throttle response, torque, and drivability make the car feel so much better. I also have their ECU tune on my E92 M3 and the GTS DCT flash, and I can't recommend Randy enough—money well spent.Jay Chow2022-07-07In the 7+ years I’ve owned this car, it has never driven this great or smooth. I love it and I haven’t even been able to drive it in the most aggressive setting or cleared the secondary o2 code. I have had two previous tunes on my car as I have not been happy with the way the car ran. Each tune was good but not the best. With the epic tune the car feels so smooth, power delivery is very linear, even on cold start the motor sounds quieter. The best test for this is obviously the track. I went to the track and man all I can say is power is easily on tap. If you want the best tune for your e9x m3 look no further get it from Epic. I wish I would’ve just got it first. But I guess i was saving the best for last!Vasilis Masalis2021-03-26If you want your BMW to “fly” then I strongly suggest Epic Motorsports software update. Randy and his team flashed my E92 M3 DME and transmission with no problem at all. It took the car to the next level. Dyno showed 48 more horsepower with just a filter and an exhaust.
